For the Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

1 cup fresh Cilantro

5 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon. dried oregano

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

In a food processor blender, combine the parsley leaves, garlic, cloves, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.

Pulse on high until pureed.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

For the Steaks

Instructions

Pre-Heat air fryer basket for 5 Minutes at 400° F.

Let the steak rest at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before air frying.

Place 2 steaks at a time in the pre-heated basket and air fry for 12 minutes, 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. add the butter once you flip them over.

For medium-well steaks air fry them for 15 minutes, 7 minutes on one side, and 8 minutes on the other side. Adding butter on the last 8 minutes.

Once air fried, let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into the meat.

Serve with Chimichurri sauce
