Air fryer Crispy Pork Belly Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs Pork belly

2 lemons

2 tsp kosher salt


Directions:

Add lemon juice and salt to pork belly

marinate for 30 minutes, keep in the fridge

Set air fryer to 390 degrees

Pre-heat for 3 minutes, total cooking time is 45 minutes

Set time to 48 minutes

Air fry for 40 minutes skin facing down, flip and air fry skin facing up for the last 5 minutes
