Ingredients

1.5 lbs lamb rib chops - 1 rack (about 8 ribs) cut from Frenched** rack of Lamb

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried rosemary

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried thyme

2 tsp Tabasco Original Red Pepper Sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


For the Balsamic Reduction:

¼ cup minced shallots or 1 tbsp minced red onion

⅓ cup aged balsamic vinegar

¾ cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

To begin in a large mixing bowl add 5 cloves of garlic minced followed by one teaspoon of dried rosemary half a teaspoon of dry thyme two teaspoons of dried parsley two tablespoons of olive oil and the secret ingredient two teaspoons of tabasco sauce the tabasco sauce will give it a nice kick but it will not make it spicy kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste then whisk and mix the marinade for this recipe we are using a one and a half pounds rack of lamb use paper towels to remove most of the moisture then cut them into individual lamb chops cut between the bones just like so

once they have been cut pattern dry one more time before they go into the marinade transfer the lamb chops into the mixing bowl and make sure that they are evenly coated in the marinade and the best way to get them evenly coated is to go in with your hands make sure that your hands are squeaky clean

now cover and transfer to the fridge and let them marinate for at least four hours

halfway throughout the cooking time pull the basket out and flip them over after the lamb chops have been flipped over bring the basket back into the air fryer and continue cooking for the remaining time
