Air Fryer Cajun Shrimp Boil Recipe

Ingredients:

8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 small red potato, thinly sliced

1/2 medium onion, cut into large chunks

2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced

1 tsp cajun seasoning

1 tbsp salted butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 corn on the cob, cut into 1 inch thick (I used white corn)

1 hot Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch thick

1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped), plus more to garnish

1 lemon (optional)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Very important that the potato is cut into thin slices, otherwise it will not cook along with the shrimp

Air fry at 450° for 20 minutes

Garnish with fresh parsley and fresh lemon
