1/2 a box of S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, Medium Hot, 7.8 Ounces.

2 Large Onions, sliced

1 lb Beef, thinly sliced. Chuck or ribeye would work well

2 large carrots

2 medium size potatoes

Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp

Chicken broth 2.5 cups

2 cups of water

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 green spring onions, finely sliced

Fish cake, sliced

A pinch of salt and black pepper to taste

Serve over cooked noodles or white rice
