Ingredients:

6 Lbs of pork ribs

1 cup of bbq sauce

1 tsp of Black pepper

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp of paprika

1 tbsp of honey

1 tsp of dijon mustard

2 tsp of adobo

1 packet of sazon

2 tbsp of sofrito


Directions:

Season your ribs with all of the ingredients with the exception of the bbq sauce

Let the ribs marinate overnight in your fridge

8 to 10 hours later preheat your oven to 325 degrees and roast for 2 hours

2 hours later get the ribs out of the oven and brush the bbq sauce over

Raise the oven temperature to 375 degrees and roast for another 30 minutes

The result would be a nice soft and juicy rack of ribs with a nice and delicious coat of bbq sauce
