Pan Fried Pork Chops Easy

The most delicious pork chops are easier to make than you may think. Only a few ingredients are needed, and the result is unbelievable.

How long do you pan fry pork chops?

Heat the canola oil over medium to medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, cook 2 pork chops at a time, 2 to 3 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook until the chops are golden brown on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature is 145° F (63° C) (make sure no pink juices remain)

Why are my pan fried pork chops tough?

Overcooked Pork Chops Are Tough
When they're cooked for even a few minutes too long, whether it's in the oven or on the stovetop or grill, they're quick to dry out, and — you guessed it — become tough, chewy, and less than appealing.
