Weeknight Honey Garlic Chicken: Ready in 30 Minutes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
  • 3 TBS Olive oil
  • 3 Tbs Honey
  • 2 tbs Soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoon chili paste
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbs freshly chopped thyme
  • 2 tbs parsley
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 tbs corn starch
  • salt n pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the chicken with all the ingredients and toss until the chicken has been evenly coated with the spices. Marinate for a couple of hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°.
  3. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes, then broil for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions (optional)
  5. Serve with rice, potatoes, etc.
