Method
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, egg, and egg yolks in a large bowl.
- Add cinnamon, ginger, white pepper, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Bake at 425F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350F and bake 30-35 more minutes.
- Cool completely on a rack before serving.
