Method
- Slice top ⅓ off each egg. Remove yolks to a bowl.
- Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, relish, horseradish, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pipe yolk mixture into hollowed egg whites.
- Cut small carrot wedges for beaks. Add to each chick.
- Use olive pieces for eyes. Place egg tops on as hats.
- Serve and enjoy!
