Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless skinless
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoon chili paste
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon corn starch
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with all the ingredients and toss until the chicken has been evenly coated with the spices. Marinate for a couple of hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  3. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, then broil for 5 to 7 minutes until caramelized and golden.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions (optional).
  6. Serve with rice, potatoes, or your favorite side. Enjoy!

Notes

Marinate overnight for the best flavor. The broil step is key for that gorgeous caramelized finish.
