Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with all the ingredients and toss until the chicken has been evenly coated with the spices. Marinate for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
- Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, then broil for 5 to 7 minutes until caramelized and golden.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions (optional).
- Serve with rice, potatoes, or your favorite side. Enjoy!
