Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (extra light), vegetable oil, or avocado oil*
  • 3 lbs Pork Chops
  • For the Garlic Butter:
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter (Room Temp)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer then Air Fry at 400˚F for 3 minutes.
  2. Pierce pork all over with a fork and rub with 1 tablespoon oil.
  3. Combine your seasonings and sprinkle onto the pork chops then use your hands to rub the spices into the meat until evenly coated.
  4. Combine butter, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Place in the Air Fryer and Air Fry at 400˚F for 10-12 min, flipping the pork chops over halfway through. Air Fry until the center of pork registers at least 145˚F then transfer to a plate and top them off with the garlic butter. Let the meat rest 5 minutes before serving.
