corn on the cob, cut into 1 inch pieces

hot Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces

fresh parsley, chopped

lemon (optional)
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Slice potato thin so it cooks evenly.
Transfer onto aluminum foil and double wrap.
Air fry at 450F for 20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon. Serve immediately.
