Ingredients

  • 4 center-cut pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method

  1. Season pork chops with your marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes for juicy and flavorful results.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place the pork chops and any excess marinade on a baking dish.
  4. Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), using a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
  5. Optionally, you can broil the pork chops for a few minutes at the end to achieve a nicely browned crust.
  6. Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
