I put raw eggs in the air fryer - see what happens!

Ingredients
  

For the Burgers
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ medium onion, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: Iceberg lettuce, tomato slices, thinly sliced white onion, pickles
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • Pinch garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, minced onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into 4 equal-sized patties, each about 4 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375F (190C).
  4. Place 2 patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes per side.
  5. Immediately top each patty with a slice of American cheese after cooking.
  6. Mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika for the sauce.
  7. Spread the sauce on the hamburger buns.
  8. Add lettuce, patties with melted cheese, tomato slices, and onions. Top with the bun.
