Ingredients
  

  • Leftover protein (chicken, steak, pork)
  • Leftover vegetables
  • Leftover rice, pasta, or grains
  • 1-2 tablespoons water or broth
  • Aluminum foil
  • Microwave-safe dish
  • Oven-safe baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish
  3. Add a splash of broth or water
  4. Cover tightly with foil
  5. Heat 10–15 min, or until warm

Notes

Storage & Meal Prep
Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
Freezer: Freeze in a sealed container for up to 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Reheat: Warm in a skillet over medium heat, in the microwave, or in a 350°F oven until heated through.
