- Heat oil in a skillet. Brown ground beef, breaking apart, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Saute 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, adobo, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
- Lay cheese slices over beef mixture and let melt. Mix together.
- Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and sriracha for the sauce.
- Toast hoagie rolls with butter.
- Spread sauce on rolls, pile on the cheesy beef, add tomato. Serve hot.
