Method
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about ¼-inch deep.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth.
- Pour half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, basting with the remaining glaze and pan juices every 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the glazed ham slices warm and enjoy.
