Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-10 pound fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about ¼-inch deep.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the glaze is smooth.
  5. Pour half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
  6. Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, basting with the remaining glaze and pan juices every 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve the glazed ham slices warm and enjoy.
