Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skin-on salmon fillets (8 ounces each)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dry thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and white pepper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the avocado oil or olive oil and two tablespoons of the blackening seasoning. Whisk to incorporate.
  3. Transfer the salmon fillets to the marinade and make sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Set your air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and let it preheat for 12 minutes.
  5. Once preheated, transfer the salmon fillets to the basket, skin side down. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to a plate.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
