Ingredients
Method
- Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and allow it to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized fries (about ¼-inch thick) to ensure even cooking. Transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the fries. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well to evenly coat the fries with seasoning.
- Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary). Air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through at the 7-8 minute mark for even crispiness.
