Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Ketchup for serving
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and allow it to preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized fries (about ¼-inch thick) to ensure even cooking. Transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the fries. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well to evenly coat the fries with seasoning.
  4. Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary). Air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through at the 7-8 minute mark for even crispiness.
