Ingredients
  

For the Wings
  • 8 Lbs Chicken Wings
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 2 Culantro leaves
  • Handful Cilantro
  • 1 fresh lime juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper to taste
For the Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Clean wings and separate drumstick from flat.
  2. Blend garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, bouillon, culantro, cilantro, oil, and lime juice in food processor.
  3. Season wings with the marinade and coat thoroughly.
  4. Place wings on a rack over a parchment-lined baking tray in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes. Flip wings and bake for 1 hour total.
  6. Make buffalo sauce: simmer hot sauce, butter, and honey until butter melts.
  7. Toss baked wings in buffalo sauce.
  8. Broil on low for 3 minutes to get extra crispy. Serve with dipping sauce.
