Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup seedless grapes, sliced in half
  • 2 green apples, diced (Granny Smith apples recommended)
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Slice the grapes, dice the apples (core removed), and chop the celery. Transfer everything into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toast the walnuts or pecans and add them to the bowl along with the freshly chopped parsley.
  3. In a separate small mixing bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, honey, fresh lemon juice, and kosher salt. Mix thoroughly to create the creamy dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well-coated.
  5. Serve the Waldorf Salad immediately for optimal freshness. If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
