Season chicken and cook in Instant Pot for 35 minutes on high. Shred.

Combine chicken, cream cheese, Monterey jack, cheddar, buffalo sauce, and ranch in a bowl.
Roll out pizza dough. Cut out shapes for decoration. Bake at 400F for 12 minutes until golden.
Cut remaining dough into squares, wrap around cheese cubes, and form balls. Arrange in a ring around a greased oven-safe skillet.
Fill the center with the dip filling.
Bake for 35 minutes. Brush dough with melted butter. Add face pieces. Serve hot.
