Best Coquito Recipe without Eggs

They may look the same, but Coquito and Eggnog are two different drinks. The American eggnog drink has raw eggs as its base, hence the name, and uses sugar to sweeten it up. Coquito, on the other hand, gets its sweetness from condensed milk and doesn't need eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans of Coconut Milk
  • 2 cans of Cream of Coconut
  • 2 cans of Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 bottle of Bacardi Rum 750ml
  • 2 cups of Brandy
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or a large pot and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass bottles and keep refrigerated.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy responsibly. Share with friends and family for the holidays.

Storage & Meal Prep
Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
Freezer: Freeze in a sealed container for up to 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Reheat: Warm in a skillet over medium heat, in the microwave, or in a 350°F oven until heated through.
