Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Method
 

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub ribs with olive oil. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and cayenne. Coat ribs generously on both sides.
  3. Cut racks in half to fit the air fryer basket. Place ribs meat-side down. Air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes. Flip and cook another 15 minutes.
  4. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce on both sides. Air fry at 400°F for 5 more minutes until sauce caramelizes.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes. Cut into individual ribs and serve with extra sauce.
