Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method
 

  1. Halve avocados, remove pits, scoop flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash to desired consistency with a fork.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne. Mix well.
  4. Fold in diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with tortilla chips.
