Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs pork belly
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Marinate pork belly with lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes in fridge.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 390F for 3 minutes.
  3. Air fry pork belly skin side down for 40 minutes.
  4. Flip and air fry skin side up for 5 more minutes.
  5. Rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
