¼ cup Seasoned breadcrumbs

½ tsp onion powder

1 - 2 tbsps avocado olive oil or olive oil

Instructions

Mince the parsley and garlic.

Combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oil, and onion powder in a large bowl.
